3EGOS website terms of use
1. Who we are, and what these terms cover
This website is operated by STRENT Studios, LLC, of 11 Winning Colors Rd, Stafford, VA 22556, United States. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean STRENT Studios, LLC, and "the site" means this website. These terms cover your use of the site. By using it you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. We may change the site and these terms
We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time, and we may change these terms. The date at the bottom tells you when they last changed. If you use the site after a change, you accept the new version.
3. What you may do
You may look at the site, use what is on it for your own personal use, share links to it, and use the forms on it to reach us.
4. What you may not do
You may not copy, sell, republish or make money from anything on this site without our written permission. You may not use the site in a way that breaks the law, harms it, interferes with anybody else's use of it, or takes information from it automatically.
You may not use our name, our logo or our artwork in a way that suggests we are involved with something when we are not.
5. What is on the site belongs to somebody
The music, videos, images, artwork, text, the 3EGOS name and the 3EGOS logo are owned by us or by the people we work with, and they are protected. Nothing on this site gives you the right to use any of it, apart from the personal use described above.
6. What you send us
When you fill in a form on this site you must give us information that is true and yours to give. If you enter the meet and greet on your own behalf using somebody else's details, we cannot accept the entry.
If you send us anything else, a message, a photograph, a video or a comment, you keep it. You give us permission to use it in connection with 3EGOS, and you confirm it is yours to send and that using it will not harm anybody.
7. The mailing list
Joining the mailing list is a choice and it is free. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and unsubscribing takes effect straight away. What we do with your details is in our privacy notice.
8. The meet and greet
The 3EGOS meet and greet has its own terms, which are on the page where you enter. Where those terms and these terms disagree about it, the meet and greet terms are the ones that count.
9. Links to other places
This site links to other websites, including streaming services, social media, ticket sellers and our own shop. Those are run by other people, under their own terms and their own privacy policies. We do not control them and we are not responsible for them.
A link is not a recommendation of anything beyond what we say about it.
10. Buying things
Nothing is sold on this site. Our shop is a separate website with its own terms of sale, its own privacy policy and its own way of handling orders, refunds and delivery.
11. The site is provided as it is
We work to keep the site available and correct, and we cannot promise it will always be either. It may be unavailable while we work on it, or because of something outside our control.
We do not promise the site is free of errors or that anything on it is complete or up to date. Show dates, releases and prices can change. Always check with the ticket seller or the service concerned before relying on anything here.
12. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under the law that cannot be removed, and nothing in them limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Beyond that, we are not responsible for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or indirect loss that follows from using the site or from being unable to use it.
13. If something goes wrong
Tell us. Email info@3egos.com and we will look into it.
14. Other things we have to say
If part of these terms turns out not to apply, the rest still does. If we do not enforce something straight away, that does not mean we have given it up. These terms are between you and us and nobody else can enforce them.
15. Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, and the courts of that place deal with any dispute.
